Book Review Trumped

One needs only to watch Trump on Apprentice to know that
most, if not all, of the book is an accurate portrayal of Donald Trump. The
book paints Donald as a selfish, egotistical, know-it-all who is more often
wrong than he is right. Watching Donald on the few episodes of Apprentice that
I watched tells me that this is pretty darn close to the truth.
The book gives the reader an inside look at the Atlantic
City casino industry in the 1980s and early 1990s. It tells us about the inner-workings
and lingo for such items as “Win” and “Pit”. The book is very informative as
well as entertaining.
One could make the point, and Donald actually did, that the
book was written by a disgruntled ex-employee with an ax to grind. I did not
get that feeling while reading the book.
Although this book was printed long ago it is still an
interesting read today.

give you my honest opinion of the book. From time to time publishers will give
me a copy of their book for free for the purpose of me reading the book and
writing a review. The publishers understand when they give me the book that I
am under no obligation to write a positive review.
